No Refunds for Incorrect Size Selection

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you choose the wrong size. Every piece of clothing is linked with a detailed size chart, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurements before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, return the original one (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason, without needing to justify. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
