1. What is your clothing made of?

Our clothing is crafted from high-quality materials, carefully curated to ensure both comfort and durability. We use a blend of 85% cotton and 15% polyester, which combines the softness and breathability of cotton with the strength and wrinkle resistance of polyester. This blend offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and longevity.

 

2. Do I ruin the clothing if I put it in the laundry machine?

No, you won’t ruin the clothing by washing it in a laundry machine. Our garments are designed to withstand regular washing. The best temperature to wash clothing made from an 85% cotton and 15% polyester blend is at 30°C (86°F). This helps preserve the quality of the fabric while ensuring it stays clean and fresh.

 

3. What is the printing process?

We use digital printing for our garments. Digital printing is a modern technique that involves directly printing designs onto the fabric using advanced inkjet technology. This method allows for high-resolution prints with vibrant colors and intricate details, ensuring that your clothing features clear, sharp images that last wash after wash.

 

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

 

5. Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can make a return request for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.

The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • All of the accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How do I prepare a package for return?

Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

  1. Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket your profile and send an e-mail with product photos to support@erasedesignz.com. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

  2. Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

In case of faulty or incorrect products, the original delivery cost will be included in your refund.
